"I've seen this happen before, and it is usually because something with the DirectX install went bad. There was a thread about this quite a while ago where we tracked down the appropriate CAB file, then extracted the dlls into their proper location. It seemed to have fixed it.
You might be able to just track that thread down yourself and try it, or locate the dlls yourself and put them in the right place (32-bit in the 32-bit locations, and 64-bit in the 64-bit locations).
Should fix the issue."
I think you have a runtime issue, and that is your problem, also seen in the errors that you posted images of. The games are launching and 'running' but not graphically, as you have described so far.
How about TF2 ? Have you tried that one yet, to see if there is an error we can use as helpful information ?
Are PUBG and TF2 and Path of Exile the only games you have issues with, out of the games you currently have installed ?
Also not sure if the giving one will agree but try to update your bios. It's only necessary if you have hardware problems but there is nothing awrong with having updated bios. It might help it might not. Gigabyte has a tool that will let you install your bios through windows to make it easier. Just don't turn off the power while doing that.

Thanks! But I tried that multiple times and that doesnt seem to solve the problem.
If you have your HDMI cable connected to your GTX 1080 then your pc is using your dedicated graphics card.

Hmm.. I do have my HDMI cable connected to the the GTX 1080 think thats the problem? Ill check out that link
I have tried TF2 and there is a DirectX file but nothing that contains redistx86 or x64
Also, this was asked...........
Yes PUBG, TF2 and Path of Exile are the only games I'm having issues with. DOTA 2, The Witcher 3 and Doom start and run perfectly fine. And yes I do get the same problems with TF2 like the other games.
You can right click games in your library and select "view forum" to get there. I am just suggesting a search to see if you can find a resolution to this issue. You are in the right forum here now to actually get help on fixing the issues of the games not launching.
You are not using shortcuts right ? I saw some shortcuts on your desktop in your shots. Don't use those while trying to troubleshoot this problem.
Im not using any shortcuts to launch the game. Been starting them up straight from Steam.
Thanks for your input earlier. I did download the update from that link, but it's just a file on my computer. Do I do anything with it after that? Oh and I do have an HDMI cable plugged into my graphics card.
