can't remember my old account and email

hi guys !
i bought couple of years ago Call of Duty Advanced Warfare and i register on steam , at that time i had a diferent account made with a diferent email ,, i didnt use that steam account in years and dont remember the email to recover the passward too .. i did try to reinstal the game this days but because the game was already register long time ago , its saying that the key is already register and that it cant be used again , and when i try to recover the account it says : that e email was sent to redeem the old account .but i have no idea where that email goes ,.
I would like to get in contact with someone from steam ,,if they have any phone number / videochat . facebook messanger .. where i can show them that i have the original game bought and if is possible to delete the old account that i cant redeem anymore ,and let me register the game again .
the thing with stolen key cant be because i never play the game .
the game was just register on steam at long time ago but because i had a low pc was impossible to play it .

thr bad thing is that ; there is no link/canal from steam where u can post a diferent issue .

Try your best. And if that doesn't work, enter whatever information you can provide in the form provided. However, remember that you will need to provide proof of account ownership. Information on past forms of payment, CD keys, whatever you have.

i have the original game with cd key all ..thats why i ask if there any channel where i can show them the real game i have with the key ..
