If you don't have the exceptions that I mentioned above, for Avast, that is problem and suspect number one, but there can be others also.
Make the exceptions, then verify game files to maybe replace missing or corrupted files.

You have to correct the conflict first, then verify the game files after.
Turning off the parent antivirus program is not always good enough. That parent may have child processes that still run and maybe conflict. There are cases. Avast should be fine if you make the exceptions.

Thank you very much again After my spine injury I lost contact with the friends who knew how PCs work so Im trying to help myself but I get overwhelmed.
Ty Rock God that was another thing I was getting errors with.
But don't take my word for it. You may need to ask on their forums or someone else here may be able to answer that. Sorry about that.
EDIT...pretty sure you would have had to make a UPlay account. That is mandatory for some/most/all Ubisoft games as far as I know.
