Yes, you can.
To transfer your authenticator to a new phone, you'll need access to the phone number associated with your account (so we can send you a text message to confirm it's you).
From the Steam Mobile app on your new device, try to log into your account. When the app asks for your authenticator code, select "Please help, I no longer have access to my Mobile Authenticator codes." Follow the steps the app provides and you can either transfer your authenticator to the new device or remove it from the previous device.
After transferring the authenticator, any new trades or market listings will be held for a couple of days to protect your items in case your authenticator is ever transferred by a malicious person. See our Trade Holds FAQ for more information about trade holds.

I completely understand what you're saying, but samsung phones now come with a cabel to transfer absolutely everything from your old phone to your new phone, from top to bottom. And I will also be using the same sim card, and I wrote down the authentication code. Maybe that'll prevent me from getting blocked. And if I still get market blocked, by any chance, do you know howlong the market block will be? Because I understand it's a different type of situation then getting a 7 day block if you set it up for the first time.
Thanks
Any other actual trading and market restriction times are going to exceed that "couple of days".
If you disable it, that surely will cause a much longer delay. Don't do that if you can help it.

Remember, trading and market restrictions are not the same thing as actual trade holds, if there is any confusion.
