You cannot get support in the forums. Moderators are here to moderate them. They are not employed by Valve, and are volunteers. This is where we users try to help each other.

Moderators may also post to try to help from time to time, but you have to use support for Steam account issues. But in this case, it seems as you should be asking the game's support about it, as was suggested.

No disrespect, but it's not that serious. And there are measures you can take. It may not be instant or quick, but you have options. One was to use the game's support system or you can try using Steam support if you wish.

I just told you how 1 moderator cannot help you. Unless they post to give advice or helpful information, just as the good gwait is doing now.

You cannot get support in the forums. If you want to use Steam support, then you have to use it just like everyone else, please.

The money is not "lost". Something is simply wrong and it may be corrected later. Don't be too quick to assume the worst here, please. Have you searched or asked about this in the H1Z1 forum yet ?

Seems to me, that is where I would be using the forum search about this issue, if I was you right now.

I would contact that weird website in your name and in the name of the bot you are trading with. This is between them and you, does not concern steam unless you got scammed then you should report them. Support won't give any items back.

If you describe that "bug" better then maybe they can fix it if they agree that it was a bug, still the trade will not be changed and items won't be returned by them.

Deleting the post here does not remove the images on imgur. Just in case you did not understand about your login.

Use the forum search in the H1Z1 forum and see if you can find any similar issues. That forum is here on Steam. Right click the game in your library and select "view forum". Sometimes, simply searching the game's forum can answer many issues that may come up concerning that particular game.
