a website to see if steam id's are taken

I'm trying to get a steam community id like wsf or daf

I don't think there is a website for that?

You can just do:

steamcommunity.com/id/<insertwhateverIDhere> and if it says that profile is not found, it means that it is not taken.

Are you talking about custom profile URLs, Login names, or display names?

as our friends above says put the word of your choice in the options and if the sistem let you that means that word is not taken.

ya but if i had a website that could see what ones are taken and witch are not it would be 15 times faster i already tried method 1

im pretty postive that all with 3 letters are taken by now. also i don't get what you mean by the last part.

probably more? noone knows? that's not how math works.
the id can contain letters from a-z which will get converted to capital letters, making it 26 possible letters plus the numbers from 0-9. ten numbers plus 26 letters = 36 possible characters each.
36*36*36*36 = 46656.

math.

simple.

It's actually less, and it's simple math, 26 letters in the alphabet, 3 letter combo makes 26 times 26 times 26 which equals 17,576 possible combinations. With 200+ million active accounts and 500 to a thousand million active and defunct accounts, the odds of all of them being taken are pretty good.

But it's not that hard to write a script that visits each and every one of them and check the contents. Either learn to do so or pay/rope someone into doing it for you.
