Invite spam to scam groups

everyday im getting at least 5 invites to scam groups, looks like almost all of those scam groups are being created by bots... i can deal with scammers and just block them all, but bots spamming invites to scam groups is starting to get annoying...

in my opinion Steam needs more moderators, because the limited accounts and limited groups per account is not enough... i know that the moderators are doing a good job agains Adult Content but sometimes i just feel like they are not doing anything anymore

same im getting this awell, I even left most trading groups because I thought it'd get rid of them, I get at least 15 a day

Most likely your friends list has been infiltrated by one of those scammers.

If you accepted at least one scamming bot, you'll most likely get spammed friend requests or group invitation from them continuously.

This is why other steam users automatically ignore and block steam users who are steam level 10 and below. I suggest you do the same thing and after that I no longer get followed by them.

I haven't had the problem personally but glad to see something being done about it.

I've never had issues with a lot of group invites, but it was nice of Steam to change it. That should help fix the problem.

The problem is not just "a lot of group invites", the real problem is those groups are just scam groups made by bots and some people can lose a lot of money just because of that...
