Report a translation problem
If it doesn't fit into a single trade window, just don't do it. No going first, no trade for promises, no trade for money.
Screenshots are easy to modify.
Offers like this should bring all of your red alarm bells to ring... otherwise you will be sorry afterwards.
And you trust that? If you do you're gonna be scammed eventually.
Report and block this <person> from their profile as attempted scammer.
And there is no naming and shamming even if <this user> is a scammer, so delete his account link.

Of course it is a scam... if you can't see that, you should probably stop trading all together.
And besides, what you are wanting to do there goes against the trade guidelines. You can not trade to PP funds and expect Valve to cover your mistakes.
