Yo guys, so I turned off adblock for a bit and when I watch a video, there is an ad on the ad bar of the video, saying that Gamekit gives a free steam key code for a random game. I went on the website and it asked me to sign up and stuff. Is this legit or a scam?

Fake ads have been a thing for almost a decade on most websites. It's like buying something from a tv ad and it ends up being complete garbage. Why? Because it's a scam and like that person said money makes the world go round.
