Does anyone know a good VPN i can use that has unlimited use without payments. I found out that the only way steam, TS and other programes and servers work when i am using a VPN because i think my ISP is blocking my use to that stuff.

If you absolutely has to use a vpn:
Use a VPN from the same country if you can so you still appear to be connecting from your actual country.
Disable it when buying stuff from steam and when you are doing important stuff like trading/market.

Know that steam tells you to not use one...

Check with your ISP. There are no good free solutions, all of the good VPNs are paid.
