No he don't got any badge saying he is. Plus if he was why would he be in this as a non steam game. In non-Steam game

But yet he is part of the members only valve group. Of course it says the group was made yesterday as there is no year.

All trades are to be completed over a Single Trade window. There is no need for verification/middle man.

YES. Its 100% totally fake.
Its a known scam. No VALVE employee will ever ask for your items to verify something.
Block all communications with him and report him for scamming and trying to impersonate a VALVE employee on his profile.

Look at almost all the members in that group they are all level 0 and private profiles, most mods and valve employees have public profiles.

He is not a valve employee, there is no such thing as middleman trades. Can't put it much more simply.
