How to create a Private Dedicated CS-GO Server
Hiii,
Am trying to install a CS-GO dedicated server on my LAN so my friends can connect to it via Internet.
I have followed the tutorial shared on steam and install the server. But when I tried to connect via LAN/Internet , server can't be connected.
Any help will be appreciated !!!:steamfacepalm:

Following are the Tutorials I have used.

* http://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers

Is the server running multiple network interfaces, such as Hamachi or has more than one LAN adapter interface?

Yes it has 2 interfaces.. One for LAN and one for WAN

First, "via LAN/Internet" and "doesn't work" isn't exactly a precise description.
Start connecting via LAN and tell us what happens. Second, separate LAN and WAN interfaces look weird. Describe precisely your network topology.

There's a PC which has 2 NIC's ... One directly connected to a Switch where LAN PCs are connected ( same subnet ) ......Other port connected directly to a Router which My Internet connection terminated ( with Public IP )

Ow, that's an odd configuration. Now read the whole of my post and react to the whole of it. You just entirely ignored my first sentence.

I have tried only with LAN ... and I have excute the "connect " command from the game console and It's not connecting.

What IP have you tried? Why didn't you use the server browser? And what does "not connecting" mean?
Don't make me pull stuff out of your nose! First, you simply ignored said. Now you still ignoring what i said, namely the word "precise".

common men .....................
Forget about what I said WAN/LAN

I have the server with the IP 192.168.0.42 and my PC ip is 192.168.0.131 .. so inside the game console I put the command

" connect 192.168.0.42 "
and it's not connecting......

Dude, stop playing guessing games! The console returns a message, why don't you want to post that message?

It says
Retrying 192.168.0.42 27015
It also says something like "Failed after 4 retries", doesn't it?

Great. But again, you withheld information. You listed only one thing what happened instead of actually fulfilling my request for a precise description.
The thing is, while I know what to do next to get to the bottom of it, you've shown that you love guessing games and will make me pull everything out of your nose. I am not getting paid so I don't have to do it if I don't want to and I hate guessing games.
