Realistic and Ragdoll in the same sentence? Generally speaking if you have one, you don't have the other. The whole purpose of ragdoll is the comedic effect, i.e.Goat simulator, but you probably know all this already.

I guess Max Payne 3 if you must have a suggestion.

and by realistic ragdol i mean for example when you shoot an enemy and he dies he still moves/reacts when getting killed

One springs to mind, but it's more of a set of minigames within the main game.

Flatout 2.

A great destruction racing game but it has a load of minigames that involve you cruising down a ramp to launch your driver, ragdolled out of the windscreen to target, or play bowling or whatever.

I think I've played that as much as the main game.
