Incorrect refund amount.
No a big deal (for me), but I just refunded a game/dlc bundle and got the standard email of the accepted refund.
In the email however, it says total refund: 226.33€. The bundle was actually 50.52€.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you purchase anything else in the same transaction?

Did you refund to your credit card, and there was other purchases at the same time?

226 huundred? if this is the case was the bundle/dlc on sale and its original price 226 if not something within the refund/game owners bank system has gone very wrong

To elaborate:
If you refund to another payment method than Steam wallet, you can only refund the whole transaction at once, not individual products.

No, just the bundle

Just the bundle, I used wallet to buy it, and wallet to refund it.

Better get in touch with anyone who might take issue with this and clear up the matter. When the balance isn't right at the end of the month, it's usually the end consumer that gets shafted even if someone else made a mistake.

How much money did you pay, how much were you credited back? If not the same amount, work backwards through the chain of transactions.

~50€ got back 226€, now that the pending thing has appeared, it has the correct amount. I guess it's a bug somewhere.
