its been 10 days since password change but im still getting the same message

so i reseted my password like 10 days ago, but when i try to sell trading card on the market i keep getting the message that i neeed to wait 7 days since password change, but its been 10 days. Can someone please help me?

You should have an email stating when the password change was done. Are you sure it has been over 7 days ?

And if your account has not had activity for more than 2 months, it is 30 days for password resets, actually.

Recent Password Reset

If you forget your password and need to reset it (note: this is different than changing your password), you will be restricted from trading and the Community Market for 7 days. If your account has not had any activity for more than two months, these restrictions will apply for 30 days. We do this to help protect users who lose access to their email account.

Wow, 10 years. That is a long time. So that seems to explain it then. As the restrictions shows, it is 30 days if you reset the password after that long.
