can i take money from my steam wallet money (from steam market) and some how transfer it to market place?
i don't know if i can

If you want to buy items on the market, you need funds in your steam wallet, the money does not have to go anywhere

but, im on market place, and i have 0.00 funds and i have 16$ on steam market, and i want to put that 16$ on market place. they have cheap unusuals

That doesn't make sense as Steam and the Steam market use the same wallet.

I have no idea what you are referencing, since steam only has 2 payment options: steamwallet and via creditcard

Steam credit can only be used on Steam. It cannot be used on any other web site.

That is a third party website that is not related to Valve in any way.
The answer is no, you can't pay with your wallet there.
Steam wallet can only be used on Steam.

He is referring to an out-side market.

OP:

No, you can not transfer wallet funds. They are a credit for use in Steam and Steam only. 3rd party sites are not supported as such, nor will they be.
