Admins can see everything no matter what setting you are using.
They can see hidden profiles and hidden artwork and screenshots.
There are still rules on Steam regarding the upload of screens or artworks and that counts equally for stuff that gets uploaded as just for "friends" or totally hidden.
Since you can change that status anytime the stuff still needs to confirm to the rules.

Don't rely on "friends only" to mean its not still public.
Not if its set so onthe screenshort them self no?
Anyways, learnt a lesson the hard way I suppose.
