Anime Vids in Steam? Why is it here?
I noticed it upon turning on proxy looking for the "Region Locked" game in Sea then i took abit of glance in my screen.
Theres a damn Anime Vids that sold in steam?
Why is it even here?

Although Visual novel is an anime but at some case it does gave "Elements/Features" for it to be called a game though theres too much lately in steam new release and upcoming release then theres this.

Edit:
Nevermind, about it.
I was shocked because i never noticed it was here for quite some times

Let me see if I'm getting this right: Steam is selling something you can't even see in your client without the use of a proxy, which is not allowed, and you are somehow bothered by it?
Steam sells videos and has done so for a while now. You can even purchase a package with Mad Max the game as well as the movie on Steam.

Anima videos exists and are popular. If the studio wants to sell videos on Steam, I see no reason why they should not be able to do so.

There is even a video section at the top of the store page along with a movies catagory, episodes and you can even rent movies.

For the same reason they sell non-anime movies. They felt there would be an interest, they have the infrastructure to support it and they want to increase their revenue.

Selling anime on Steam (and it's even just streamed anime) does seem to be an odd choice in my opinion, but whatever, it's not like it affects me much. I got a friend who remarked he'd simply continue using actual Crunchyroll instead of paying Steam anyway.

Why?

Because people buy it

You are free not to

Unsurprisingly steam may sell things you don't like but that others do. Shocking

I am shocked because theres better place to stream animes seeing some reviews mostly have some issues.

Exactly
Would make sense if its renting a movie.
Again you are free to not buy it if it offends your sensibilities so much

Others apparently have no issues with it

Looking at his profile and replies, he obviously isn't offended by that.
He just wonders why they'd sell it on a platform like Steam and why anyone would buy it when there are way better alternatives for this.

The "You're free to ignore it" argument had never any power to begin with. People will always question or criticize even the most pointless things, so there's no point in telling them that.
