Are coupons 100% random or are they profile based?
Does anyone have a definitive answer to this because I seem to get far too many duplicate coupons which could be because steam is profiling me.

This sucks :angrychicken:. Coupons mostly suck :angryrandy:. Getting the same coupon twice in a row for a **** game sucks :angry:.

It's up to developers to include coupons for their games in the system.

So yes, it's random, but only among those who choose to participate. And yes, mostly they're for less known games, or games of questionable quality.
