Is there a way to Report a game?

So,
i've been playing this game Knight Online, It's free to play but offers Ingame Purchases,
I've done some and had no issue, but this time I didn't receive everything I purchased.. made a ticket at the game forum but after 2 months still no answerd and poor help from GM's..
I know I'm not the only 1 experiencing these troubles.. so I in behalf of alot of people, is there a way to report this game or at least notify Steam about this?

Rather than a ticket on their forum, don't they have an actual ticket support system?

I've heard notorious things of Knight Online before though, so to give you the most direct answer. http://store.steampowered.com/app/389430/

If you click the banner to enter its Steam Store -page, you should find the report flag on the right side.

Most game companies don't care about their official forums or the Steam forums at all. Any support request should go into their support system.

But obviously I've made a ticket to the game itself already. And no answerd what so ever.
That the game doesn't care about steam or whatever so be it.
Does that mean that neither does Steam care ?
If so, I can make a Fraud Game aswell and get it passed here? :)

Generally games that cross a certain line get acted upon. Usually, unfortunately, it takes an abusive developer.

Just makes me wish the Steam Explorer thing becomes a reality rather sooner than later.

Well it's not a fake game..
They just neglecting things bought with Real cash..
In my opinion steam as hosting platform should warn them or something?

I'm not saying it's a fake game.

I'm saying I wish there was more quality assurance on Steam Store, and I wish Steam Explorer will help bring that about.

Steam won't do anything, its the platform. People could do something. Have you contacted the people? That is the Steam support?

Report the game on the game's store page. There is a flag there for reporting games, the same as there is a flag on a user's comments.
