nothing will download or update.

all my games or updates have 0kb/s and will not download or update, i dunno what to do, anyone else have this issue? anyone know what to do? it's not my internet, but im not able to download things off of steam with the normal internet speed.

But that does not necessarily mean anything, that you can use the internet normally otherwise.

Are you using a router ?

What is the operating system ?

Is the operating system 32 or 64 bit ?

What is the antivirus program that you have ?

Have you tried changing download regions to many different places, as well as some very far away from you ?

I'm using a router, yes

windows 10

64bit

default windows defender app

and i've tired about 5 different download regions/places

Never troubleshoot Steam download or connectivity issues using a router. Bypass that router and run ethernet directly to the modem.
