No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time, VAC bans are permanent and will not be removed.

While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

"Zero tolerance" means just exactly that.......zero tolerance. No second chances. The account is permanently banned on VAC secure servers.

no one on the forum can remove a ban. Your 2nd chance is being able to make a new steam account and rebuying the game on the new account.

All VAC bans are permanent - Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and will not lift VAC bans under any circumstances.
