Csgo mouse sensitivity changes itself

Hi, I have had my Steelseries Rival 300 mouse for about 5 months now, and it has worked perfectly. Recently I downloaded a new update to my pc which was something about Adobe Flash security update. After I had downloaded it, I started Csgo, and my mouse settings were all changed for some reason. The mouse sensitivity feels like it's changing itself during the game. sometimes it goes higher, and sometimes it goes lower. My mouse dpi was not changed (I think) but the sensitivity was way too low. I uninstalled the update, but the problem still remains. Please help!

Try checking the integrity of your files, and if this still doesn't help, there should be somewhere in windows settings restore points. Find the one that will bring you back to the point where everything worked normally.
Otherwise, I have no idea...

Make sure your config.cfg is not set to read-only and that your autoexec.cfg (if you have one) is not overriding any settings.

Im a bit of a noobie when it comes to pc's. But how do I check the files and make sure they are as they are normally?
