Dear Steam Support

Good evening all.
I buyed a second copy of Counter Strike Global Offensive, to play with friends with lower ranks.

But i made an Mistake. I used the wrong E-Mail ending.
I typed *********@gmx.net instead of *********@gmx.de !!!! But this "crappy" automatic support system is just a 100% failure -.-

When i try to change my E-Mail, and clicked on:" no access to the email anymore " and i filled out everything in the next step, a window pops up and told me that i can´t use the "support" until I authenticate my E-Mail adress.

WHAT THE HECK ? Are u kidding me Steam ?

Pls Support, do something 4 ur money and help me with this Problem.
Please respond to this post or my email adress from THIS account!!!! or {Removed}

Das Ändern der mit Ihrem Account verknüpften E-Mail-Adresse ist einfach:
Öffnen Sie im Steam-Client oben links das Menü "Steam" und wählen Sie dort "Einstellungen". Wählen Sie dann im Reiter "Account" die Option "Kontakt-E-Mail-Adresse ändern".
Geben Sie Ihr Steam-Accountpasswort und Ihre neue E-Mail-Adresse ein, klicken Sie dann auf "Weiter".
Der Steam-Support sendet Ihnen nun umgehend ein E-Mail mit einem Link, den Sie zur Verifizierung Ihrer neuen E-Mail-Adresse anklicken müssen. Schließen Sie den Steam-Dialog nicht, während Sie die E-Mail abrufen. Sollten Sie die E-Mail nicht erhalten, versuchen Sie es bitte mit einem anderen E-Mail-Anbieter.
Kehren Sie zu Steam zurück, sobald Sie die Seite Erfolgreich! sehen. Der Dialog sollte nun die Änderung der E-Mail-Adresse bestätigen. Bitte klicken Sie auf Fertig, um den Vorgang abzuschließen.

So you have lost access to the email ?

EDIT...Also, I highly suggest you edit out your emial address in the OP. Unless you like having spam X 1000 that some of which can possibly be malware or links to malware.

THIS EMAIL DOESN`T EXIST !!!! .... my main email is gmx.net thats why i made the mistake. And the "automatic support" doesn´t allows me to contact steam ....

best nonexisting support ever ....


ps: i don´t care about the "spam" ... ist just an email for my second cs go account ^^

lieb und nett das du versuchst zu helfen aber .... wenn du meinen post gelesen hast wüsstest du das nen fenster aufpoppt in dem steht das ich erst die email zertifizieren muss um dem support nutzen zu können und dass dies nicht geht, da die email mit der endung .gmx nicht existent ist und man auch NICHT erstellen kann, da gmx nur noch gmx.de vergibt

I also suggested about the email as it is against the rules to post personally identifiable information here. I am not trying to tell you what to do, but just trying to actually help you.

If you use the menu correctly, it should get you to where you need to be.

and btw i made a new steam account, used the correct email authentificated it and STILL THIS MESSAGE came and status is not authentificated -.- WTF steam is such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
