Can't trade items for a week?

I dont understand why i am not able to trade these items that i got from the steam market, yes i know about it being to do with credit cards and blablabla but the money i used was from selling my own items that i got from games so why would i still need to wait a week?

All items purchased from the community market are untradeable for a week after purchase, regardless of where the money came from.

You can trade it,like sell it on market but you can't trade it with other players because you just bought it. It means when someone will hack in your STEAM and buy skins he can't send it to other acc for 7 days and untill that 7 days you can lock your steam and get yoru stuff back,so that's mean it's good for you :) Enjoy the rest of day bro.

No, items that leave accounts for any reason are not restored.

Kinda late but the guy wasn't saying that they would, he's saying that if someone hacked your account and tried to buy up a bunch of stuff to send to their account you have a window to get your account back before all that stuff is gone for good.

Yes, very late. Why would you necro this thread to just try to correct me about something so unimportant ?

The user clearly said "stuff back", and stuff is not given back for any reason if the items leave the account.
