Can't use the market

hi guys.
i want to use again in the market but it's write to me this msg:
"You must have a valid Steam purchase that is between 30 days and a year old with no recent chargebacks or payment disputes"
i read the solves however i waited 30 days and still i can't use it.
the continue says i need to buy something to use him again however i don't want to use anymoney from outside i want to sell my items from some games i didn't play anymore and buy something else.

i want to sell something like 300 items from differnt games to buy something in 5$

No Purchase Older Than 30 Days

Your account must have a successful purchase older than 30 days, but not older than a year in order to access the Community Market. The purchase of wallet funds, games, DLCs and software meet this requirement. Activating a Steam Wallet Code or Gift Card on your account to add funds to your Steam Wallet also meet this requirement. Retail CD key activation and gift purchases do not satisfy this requirement.

Because you need to be made sure not to be a fraud. For that, you need a valid purchase.
