7 Days still cant trade

If you mean activation of the mobile authenticator on your account for using the market without trade holds, it must be 7 full days, down to the last second.

Check the date and time of the mobile confirmation email you received approx 7 days ago.

Pretty sure that is in Valve time, as in Washington, USA. Pacific Standard time.

It may help if you post the actual date and time of the email you were suggested to look at.
