No Steam logon CS:GO

When I start playing in comeptitiv, deathmatch or even Overwatch after the map is loading an error "NO STEAM LOGON" get me out of game. i tried in every ways to fix this error ( high priority on task manager steam/cs:go , verify integrity of game files, firewall , internet connection 500mb/s fiber. can u help me please ?
I arrived at the ban for 1 day , i don`t want more like 7 days or something..
