So far, you gave the services tab. Not the startup tab. And are you sure that one shot is all of your installed programs ? It was only one page worth, so please be sure if not. Thanks.
And yes, that's all programs that I have installed in to this pc. That's totaly it. My pc is new so as I've found this problem with my internet, I didn't installed any new software or anything.

btw 10586 is really outdated version (november 2015) from torrents

This is why I will always ask for screenshots or for the OP to run reporting software and post the results. That is proof positive usually.
I've used this pirated OS on other pc's too. The same version, the same setup. Never had problem like this. I'm 99,9999% sure the problem is not with OS.
