Steam and torrent download speed capped at 1.2MB/s on new PC. Even tho, internet speed on other PC's is over 100MBPS|10MB/s

OS: Windows 10.
I've tried turning off updates, reconnecting cable, VPN, updating ethernet drivers and more steps.
My pc is 1 day old. On new pc, even the speedtest shows 10mbps|1MB/s, when old pc goes full 100mbps/10MB/s. Any help guys?

So as I installed all of the new drivers, nothing changed, internet speed still sucks and I haven't seen such thing as Killer Network Acess Manager.

BTW:
I fully uninstalled Skype and uTorrent.

We are only getting started here. Those were just the first steps you were supposed to do.

And yes, that's all programs that I have installed in to this pc. That's totaly it. My pc is new so as I've found this problem with my internet, I didn't installed any new software or anything.

You know, it is pretty infuriating here when people waste our time with hacked operating systems where there is no telling what is wrong or what problems that OS has.

This is why I will always ask for screenshots or for the OP to run reporting software and post the results. That is proof positive usually.

I've used this pirated OS on other pc's too. The same version, the same setup. Never had problem like this. I'm 99,9999% sure the problem is not with OS.

Anyway, the problem is not with the OS. I give zero ♥♥♥♥♥ about their principes if it's pirated windows or it's legal ones even tho I appreciate their help.
