Steam and torrent download speed capped at 1.2MB/s on new PC. Even tho, internet speed on other PC's is over 100MBPS|10MB/s
OS: Windows 10.
I've tried turning off updates, reconnecting cable, VPN, updating ethernet drivers and more steps.
My pc is 1 day old. On new pc, even the speedtest shows 10mbps|1MB/s, when old pc goes full 100mbps/10MB/s. Any help guys?

Yes yes yes, everything is the same, router and cable. Everything except PC.
Never troubleshoot Steam connectivity or download issues using a router (wireless connection).

Bypass all that and run an ethernet cable directly to the modem, unless you have a combo unit and that is what you mean.

My ethernet cable is directly connected to my modem and to my PC.

Ok, so not sure why you said "router" and so that is why I posted that. Thanks.

Post the model and model number of this computer.

If custom built, post the exact motherboard instead.

Post if the operating system is 32 or 64 bit. Always do this when posting your OS, please. Thanks.

Windows 10 64-bit.
Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-VD Plus (Intel Kaby Lake)
RAM: DDR4 8GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1050 TI 4GB GDDR5
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700

That's enough I think.
I see many new device drivers here for that board, if this is the correct one, under Windows 10 64 bit.

https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H110M-PRO-VD-PLUS-.html#down-driver&Win10%2064

Have you downloaded and installed each and every one of them from MSI only ?

Is it an MSI board, so do you have the Killer Network Access Manager Installed on it ?

Post screenshots of all of your installed programs on that computer, please.

Then go to Windows Start and type in msconfig and run the result. Then go to the startup tab and take shots of all that there.

Then go to the services tab and take shots of all that there AFTER you check the box "hide all Microsoft services", please.

Post all those screenshots here.

There's the screenshots.
You don't seem to have said anything about my question concerning the drivers. Why is that, please ?

I see issues already...

uTorrent
Skype (which probably has Skype updater service)
Yep, there it is in the msconfig shots....Skype Updater.

Why did you only post part of what was asked of you, please ?

You can post everything in one post, you know.

When I've got the pc delivered to my house, It had a cd inside the box with all the MSI drivers. I've installed them all but I don't have any clue about Killer Network Access Manager...
Ok, please, read this post all over again..... # 23 above.

Take your time and gather ALL of the information and then post it. Don't just post bits and pieces of it here please, as that makes it even harder to consider all together.

Post everything in one post, including what I am asking about the drivers. You are now saying the computer was delivered, which even more means that status of them being up to date is more in question now.

New computers often need more updating than ones long in service, as that includes drivers.

EDIT..Never use that CD only in the box for drivers. That is usually old. So now we are getting somewhere. You are supposed to use it if needed to be able to go to the manufacturer's website to get the latest ones.

So the thing you're asking me to do is to download and install all the latest drivers for my PC? Am I right?

Well you said in the OP that you did that already for the NIC(LAN) "ethernet" so where did you download them from and then update them if not from the MSI site I just linked to you ?

Yes, do you not see the many there that are literally from January of this year ?

That disk that comes with your board can be possibly years old sometimes. Get the latest ones from the manufacturer and install them. All of them, please.

Except for the Killer Network Access Manager if you see it on MSI. Do NOT install that. Install the latest Killer Driver ONLY, and not the Manager software.

That Killer Network Access Manager is known to conflict with Steam for some.

And still, need to see those screenshots, but I already am going to suggest you fully uninstall uTorrent and Skype for now while troubleshooting this problem.

After uninstalling any software, you have to restart your computer.
In principle, they do not need to be deleted, but rather, you need to check the settings (as well as the settings of teamspeak) - all these programs can affect network speed, lags in network games and intercept volume control, causing problems in games with sound, especially in command chats

I do not see any problems on the screenshot, which makes me think that either the firewall or the router / modem / combo device is incorrectly configured
There is still an assumption about problems with the service provider's dns, but it needs to be tested ...

Or we are shown only part of the information

So as I installed all of the new drivers, nothing changed, internet speed still sucks and I haven't seen such thing as Killer Network Acess Manager.

BTW:
I fully uninstalled Skype and uTorrent.
