contact chase and let them know and also, you may have to issue a chargeback for the purchase that the person made.
You can also contact your bank and get them to change your card number and report the fraud to them.
If the incident happened on your account, make sure you have authenticator enabled, mobile authenticator is preferred, and also remove any saved payment information on your account. Change password as well.
Also, go to https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage and deauthorize all other devices.
The bank can investigate and press charges on the person, but they would have to get a court order to get information from Valve if they needed it to help with the case.
Honestly, with that little involved, the bank will most likely cancel the card and chargeback the amount spent. The cost to investigate would cost them a lot more.
If the card is charged back, then games purchased will be removed from the account and the account that made the purchase will be locked by Valve.
Just make sure you don't chargeback any of your purchases.
