Cannot Sell more than 200 Items on Steam
I am trying to clear out my Dota 2 Inventory, yet I have hit the 200 item limit on the market. I am not sure how the rules apply, but I read something on how it only affects Americans. I am Canadian and conduct my sales in Canada for Steam. How do I contact Steam to change this and if i can even change?

You should probably have a link somewhere on that message about the limit that links to an IRC 6050W form. Yes, you still have to fill it out but, in your case, you only have to supply your name, address and a digital signature stating that you are not a US citizen or resident. I'm afraid I can't be more specific about how to find the form itself as I've never had to fill one out.

do you have to be of a certain age?
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Steam. Beyond that, it doesn't matter if you are a minor, as that does not exempt you from paying taxes.

Will they charge taxes tho if I'm from Canada? The age is no problem anymore but im still stuck on what the rule means.
Whether you are responsible for paying taxes on community market sales will depend on your local laws, and whether digital items such as those sold on the community market are taxable or not. Regardless of your local laws, Steam won't report your sales to the IRS unless you sell $20,000 worth of items in a calendar year so the form is basically harmless.

Also one last question when providing information such as location to prove you are not American, will steam store this info and where?
The information you submit will be handed over to a third-party for verification. They will store the information once it has been verified.

I understand how the American taxation and policies work, however I do not understand how this applies to Canada. I know you may not be a professional in taxes for Canada, but should it be of concern to me if I sell 200+ items for less than $200 profit?

The item count is the limit...not the income.

Does this from that support page not answer what you are asking ?

"Do I have any obligation to collect or pay sales, VAT, or other transaction taxes based on transactions I engage in in the Community Market?"

Different countries have different rules relating to the taxation of digital transactions. Most jurisdictions do not require individuals to register for, collect or pay sales, VAT or use taxes in connection with occasional sales where they do not qualify as "professional" sellers. However, the ultimate responsibility for determining any tax requirements that may apply to sales you make in the Community Market rests with you, and so if you are concerned about the issue you should consult your own tax advisor. Note that, with respect to our administrative fee, if any sales, VAT, or other taxes are due on that payment, we will be responsible for paying those taxes.

The only way it's of concern to you is that Valve (a US based company that is bound by US laws) is required to submit tax information on our behalf to the IRS for US citizens. Until you declare that you aren't one and submit proof, Valve has to assume that you are a US citizen.
