But I can't find similar cases to my problem.

Sorry I don't notice the other pages.I'll seek more deeply.
There are quite many threads from my second link. Surely, you have not gone through all of that already, please.
And I can't update it because Edge dosen't allow.
I deleted the browser cash and reset Edge but I can't solve the problem.
and I want to konw that it's my peculiar case.If it's not so, I'll wait to solve the problem.
Any way, I search the solution from what you show. Thanks!
I personally know nothing about Edge, so I was just searching for you here. Sorry if this did not help you so far. Perhaps someone else will post with suggestions for you, or as you said other ideas may come from some of the threads I have linked.
I asked this issue to the people in not steam BBS and two of three person (non steam user) answered that it happnes.(It is doubtful wether One person, who ansered he can do it, use Microsoft Edge.)
So I went to one consumer electoronics & PC shop to confirm whether others's windows10 pc
can play Steam sotre's videos with Microsoft Edge.
The result is that two of two PC conected to the internet can't do it.
Everyone may not notice it because of ,probably, the small browser's share of Microsoft Edge.
Is Valve noticing it? If so ,please fix this issue.
Edge does not have any additional modules for working with media content - M$ simply did not write the necessary components.
M$ says that Edge is the most secure browser - it really is so, because it is not suitable for anything, except browsing sites in the standard html 1.0
This thread is not about talking how good or how bad is the browser. I've been using Chrome since launch day but when i installed win10, i switched to edge and i do not plan to go back.
For my experience, most of the troubleshooting im having with edge is not browser fault, its server changes.
By the way, it keeps happening. Videos not loading in edge.
Wait, in next 3-5 years, when the percentage of Edge among the browsers will be at least noticeable, they will change the servers and content for better support Edge...
valve; fix this issue already !
They said to me to confirm "Internet Explore's" cookie setting.
What's? The problem is about "Edge". The cookie setting of Edge is ON and no block.
But they don't answered clearly.I made Internet security setting low,but no effect.
They have no intention to solve this problem.Ha ha ha bastard!
You can't play the sotre’s videos with Edge untill WebM videos will be supported to Edge
with Html5 function perfectly. (WebM is supported to the Edge, but it is not perfect
and you can't play many Webm videos ,for example this site.)
Seeing the html source ,Edge will play the store's WebM videos not with flash player
automatically if Edge can play WebM videos.
Creators Update? I don't konw.
And this site's videos use VP8 WebM codecs as I see the source of the html.
VP8 is said to will be supprted to Edge with Windows Creators Update(April 11).
So there is possibility to solve this issue.
Edge can't play the VP8 webM store's videos.
I don't know what to do.
