Post the complete system specs of your computer.

Post the operating system.

Post if the operating system is 32 or 64 bit.

Let's start there, please.

No you missed this, please.

And your GPU, mainly.

That CPU's base frequency is below the minimum for the game. You may want to run Windows in max. performance mode to have more stable play, if the GPU meets the requirements that is.

Here are the minimum hardware specs for the game.

MINIMUM:
OS: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64bit versions required)
Processor: Intel Core i3 560 @ 3.3 GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 945 @ 3.0 GHz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5870 (DirectX-11 compliant with 1GB of VRAM)
Nividia GEFORCE 940mx 2gb dedicated VRAM
and im on windows 10

Only difference in that GPU and the 940m is clock speed, according to what I am seeing.

That GPU is way under the minimum for the game.

The Nvidia GeForce 940MX is a mid-range laptop graphics card with DirectX 12 support (FL 11_0). It has been announced in the first quarter of 2016 and is the refresh of the GeForce 940M. Compared to the older card, the new one is based on the same chip but now supports faster GDDR5.

Loading into the game and standing around with nothing going on is not the same as when huge graphically intensive processes are going on in the game, with explosions, other NPC's shooting, etc.

My suggestion would be to get a refund, if you got it less than or equal to 14 days ago. You have right at 2 hours of playtime, so any more playtime and you may not get a refund for it. (max. 2 hours)

More comparisons here....

Well, yea, that is not the proper way (no way really) to shut down processes and programs. You should always close programs properly before closing or shutting down the computer. That can cause all kinds of issues.

If you play the game anymore, you may not get a refund for it, if you decide to do that. 2 hours is the max playtime allowed, as well as 14 days owned on your account.
