Each 10 levels unlocks a showcase, so get to 20 if you want another. Or change the item showcase you are using now and change to artwork showcase.

You don't unlock "Images/gifs". You unlock showcases via which you are able to show images/gifs.

You still need Level 10 to get the Artwork showcase in the first place though.

Every 10 levels you get a showcase which you can use to display items up for trade or show achievements and stuff like that.
