377160 access denied FIXED ITSELF

I'm trying to download fallout 4 and i keep getting the error http://i.imgur.com/5t8d6zC.png so i went to change the file so its wriable but says access denied dispite me being the adminstator, so i went to proporities to give my self full access to the file and i notice it says unable to display current owner, so i click on change and it gives me access denied, ffs how am i suppose to fix that?

Where is your Steam library located that you are trying to install Fallout 4 to ?
