Help!Weird Scam!Steam trade glitch?Steam support?
EDIT:DOMNT ANSWER IF YOU DONT READ EVRYTHING,TO AVOID WASTING TIME
i had very very valuable items,1000+ euros+im experienced trader and i was going it for fun,so im gonna be brief about what happened,plz no salt or ♥♥♥♥ like that,respond with maturity:I got scammed im a very dumb way,ths one user added me to give me free items,since im experienced i was very suspicious about it and i knew that he was gonna attemp a scam,but i was like who knows,sometimes i give free stuff myself,and i already got gifts from strangers,and if he tried to scam me,i was gonna backfire,get his ip and have some fun or expose him.so i sent him a trade offer nothing on my side,only on his,then a few secs later he declined,he told me told me wanted some crates, and some 0.03 items,i was like sure,and i knew thats was very suspicious and obvious,but i wanted to know his next move,so he sent me a trade offer,and my 1000+ euros items didnt appear on the trade,maybe because of some lag latency or something,but i have checked,like 5 times because that was too good to be true,so i accepted anyway,but my valuable item didnt appear,and i lost evrything afterwards.
I was very disappointed,and i am still,when i think of it,because i spent so much time,i want from 40 euros to that much,but i lost my items because steam app was somekind of glitchy.
I got the guy banned from trading websites,i reported his on steam support and asked if they could reverse the trade,because that was not my fault.Dont tell me maybe you didnt see it,i mean,yes i didnt see it,because it wasnt there,as i said earlier i checked many times before accepting,and im aware of all scam techniques,i have never imagined that i would get scammed this way,this is not fair at all.
I wanna know if someone had a similar problem like me,i also want to know how much time does it take them to respond,also,if i could check my ticket on the website,because i couldnt find how anywhere,it changed a lot since last time i sent a ticket.
P.S:I had like 5+years of trading,i traded in other accounts.
EDIT:In fact i didnt get scammed the way they talk about in their policies,if the steam app had malfunctions and i got damaged because of it,they should do something about it,thats how campanies work with their clients,and proof was sent to them of steam ticket.

Its like you knowing the pot is hot, but you touch it anyways to see what will happen and are shocked that you got burned.

It wont be reversed, they might take any where from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to respond. I'd tell you to learn your lesson, but you seem aware of the situation. Good luck.

True,i agree,i shouldnt of played with fire,but in this case,steam app indirectly impacted the trade,i took responsability also for the steam app bugs,the trade feature is a part of steam,if there is a glitch and people suffer from it,they gotta fix what they gotta do.
In this case,i used the trade feature,and my item didnt show in it for some reasons,i know there policy when they dont reverse trades,but in this case,it wast because of my lack of awarness or knowledge of how steam trade works,it was because of a malfunction they have in their app,so they should do something about it.it was better when they was not trade hold or steam trade confirmation,because this wouldnt have happened.

Yes I did read it. Did you read the item restoration policy ? Because you seem to be missing that just as you seem to be saying I am missing your point in your OP.

So this will be the new excuse for everyone that has "trader's remorse".

"Hey Steam, there was lag or latency or something and my item did not appear. I want my item back."

The policy says for ANY reason...

i dont understand how people say this silly things,didnt you even read the whole thing,my post didnt include any virus or anything,im a hacker myself,and you cant force a trade so plz refrain from commenting more things like that,do you assume he hacked my phone and forced the trade?

Yeah i understand your point,sadly thats what happened,i dont know they could check it out on their systems,but this easily possible and doable,it happened twice me but this time i lost big.
