Days of War refund steam ignore me!

I play this game maybe 2-3hours, the other 6 hours i try to fix the performance. I can not really play this game. Now the last night the took thunder map away the game have only 4 maps but now only 3 i only buy the game because i love dods and the feeling. Thunder is the only real map that remains me of dod. I refund now the 3 times but the ignore me. Why the dont take it back. The know a lot of people want give it back because the have any problem with Copyright about that map. im really mad about that fact the game is broken as ♥♥♥♥ and the took content away. I buy 25 dollars for the 4 maps not for 3 maps. Maybe i need to active my laywer because that is not OK from steam.

You've played it for 8 hours. The limit for getting a refund is 2 hours. You don't meet the requirements. They aren't ignoring you. They read your request and then denied it.

Steam support can not see what you did those other six hours, As long the game has more than 2 hours registered on steam you won't get a refund.

Also it's an Early Access game. You knew the risks and decided to buy it anyway.

Early access games are subject to change. They changed the game by removing a map. There is no guarantee that they will not remove any content. You can't sue Disneyland because they closed your favorite ride after you bought your season pass.

There is a biiiiiig blue warning label on each Early Access Store page for that game. This is what it says....

So there you have it...it "may or may not change further." So apparently, according to you, there is now a map that is no longer available. So there you have it. It "changed further". Easy.

Because as explained above, you don't qualify for a refund. Simple. Excuses and reasons don't matter, as anyone can make up a strory to say they took a long time to try to "improve the games performance". Playtime is playtime, and you have too much for a refund. Period.

Make sure you give the lawyer a copy of your agreement with Valve, the SSA, which includes the reufund policy.
