Doesn't matter.
Sure, go ahead. But maybe your lawyer should go back to law school first.
Other people are playing it.
Also it's an Early Access game. You knew the risks and decided to buy it anyway.
Any lawyer who says "took it back" got their degree from a crackerjack box.
I wish you luck with your frivolous lawsuit. Be sure to come back and tell us how it went after you get laughed out of the courtroom.
i refunded X game because they removed my favorite item

So there you have it...it "may or may not change further." So apparently, according to you, there is now a map that is no longer available. So there you have it. It "changed further". Easy.
An answer of "no" is not you being ignored.
Because as explained above, you don't qualify for a refund. Simple. Excuses and reasons don't matter, as anyone can make up a strory to say they took a long time to try to "improve the games performance". Playtime is playtime, and you have too much for a refund. Period.
Make sure you give the lawyer a copy of your agreement with Valve, the SSA, which includes the reufund policy.
