Steam store and Profile problems. (SOLVED)

I'm having two problems here. The first is my steam store is a little messed up. Whenever I click on a game, it's description and features are just jumbled text running into other letters. The second is whenever I click on a profile, the background (The part that the text is on, the black part, not the picture in the back back) is grey, making it impossible to read anything on someone's profile.

Steam in the top left of the client. Then settings, then Web Browser. Delete the Web Browser Cache.

Wait for the page to refresh, as this can take several seconds. Don't click on anything, and when you see the page refresh, try again.

So glad that worked for you. That can often help in the case you have an issue like this, or one where you can see your library but everything else seems all messed up.

This did not work for me. It did however change the white background to black and the letters blue. This problem has been driving me nuts for quite some time.

A couple of people have posted about that here recently, and may have a way to try to troubleshoot it. See this post, and the links in it, please.

Comcast app protected browsing was culprit. I turned it off did your refresh trick problem solved. I turned back on did your refresh trick problem still soved. Thank you!!!!
