STEAM ADD FUNDS, PAYMAYA DECLINED BY COMPANY

This shows up whenever i try to add funds on steam wallet, it worked before but now it won't

Well, it says "after correcting the information". Have you triple-checked that everything is correct?

yes i placed everything more than 3 times refreshing the page it just remains the same... and i have my information saved from my previous purchases so it had no reason to become wrong

Well, then you should think about what "declined by your credit card company" means. Emphasis on "your credit card company". Have you called them and asked WTF is going on?

Paymaya is my credit card company, and i have sent them a message regarding about this, just waiting for a reply

I'm having the same problem right now. I can't even buy anything from their own Store.

Since this got on my notification, I wanna address the people bumping this:
Call their customer support. (+632) 845-77-88

It's the quickest way for them to respond to your issue. It could be that your account is temporarily locked for 'security reasons' or less worse, their service is under maintenance. My locked account issue was addressed in less than two days. Just call them.

Same problem. Idk if its paymaya's fault or steam. I got triggered when i saw on my paymaya purchase log "Approved purchase from unknown". So paymaya is sending our money to unknown people. I need that 200 for compendium. Definitely not gonna use paymaya after i bought compendium.
