Heuristic file detected while opening Steam
I just double clicked Steam. Steam was downloading some updates. My Emsisoft Antimalware detected an Heuristic @ SteamLibrary\steamapps\downloading\582890\Insulam\Binaries\Win32\Insulam-Win32-Shipping.exe which contains Gen.Heur.FKP.5 (B) - High Alert

Heuristic: a detection made by our heuristic engine. This means that the detection is based on the analysis of the file’s code. Heuristic detections are not in the Emsisoft database, but have malicious characteristics and are therefore considered dangerous to the computer.

Are more people encountering this?

You can safely ignore it. Heuristics looks for behaviour and analysed actions. An installyer , to a heuristics program, will have for example, many things in common with a virus.. Heuristics are there essentially to help protect against unknown threats and as a rule, better a false positive than a true negative.

I get the same false positives for programs I write in Visual Studio sometimes.

I'm familiar with Visual Basic fake virus alerts when I'm programming things. Never knew about Steam related things. But after rescanning it was safe :)

I found this on the internet....

Publisher's Description
+
From Emsisoft: Emsisoft Anti-Malware is a premium malware scanner to clean and protect your PC from viruses, spyware, trojans, bots, adware and worms. It uses 2 major scan engines (Emsisoft's own one + BitDefender antivirus) to find more than 10 million different types of malicious software.

So considering BitDefender is on this list.....

You should have exceptions in those security softwares for Steam and games anyway. I add the entire Steam folder where possible.
