Hard to say as FPS is relative. You could expect to receive very low frames though from looking at your specs.

I don' t see your operating system in the specs of the OP above. The game also requires a 64 bit OS. The reason I ask is because you said you have 4 GB of RAM. That may mean you have a 32 bit OS instead.

You don't need to speak the language to watch the video though. You can see the frame drops, the general performance. Also the frame rates are listed in the descriptions.
