Solution for not getting banned for getting kicked out?

Hello,
soo.... many people here say always
"Try to not get kicked"
"It's your job to not get kicked"

I don't understand these people, they are dumb or they just never played or saw the "Vote" function.

All Votes "YES" will result with a kick.
My team was AGAIN, trolling around and killing people, throwing molotovs on their own mates etc.
We had 2 bots, 1 good player that tried and 1 that was blocking me all the time aka trolled.
So i voted to kick that one trolling player so he got kicked and we had 2 players and 3 bots.
Now it was last round, the team was destroying us, they had 14 wins, then that one dude died and it was 15 so he voted for kicking me and he need no "extra" votes to kick me, his vote was the only vote to kick me.. so i got again kicked and i have for no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason a 24days ban.

Basicly, VALVE gave everyone the power to kick everyone. They are just kicking the ♥♥♥♥ out of everyone. There is nothing that would define "If you are a good player" where VALVE can trust them, someone who doesn't team kill, kick for fun and has a reason for kicking etc. No... VALVE gives all idiots a gun and hopes it will work. Same as if everyone entering a shop would get a Gun and they would hope everything will be fine... Americans.. 100% Americans.

Give everyone a gun and all will be good.

They are not 'bans'. They are cooldowns, and there is absolutely no reason or excuse to ever be on a higher than tier 1 cooldown.

Understand how the system works.
Manage your own cooldowns always and never get higher than tier 1, which is only 30 min. Stop stacking cooldowns.

Wait 30 minutes, and then play again if I wish. If you are managing your cooldowns properly, then you are only going to be on tier 1 at that time.

Not liking how the system works does not mean that there is anything wrong with the system. It works perfectly fine, as intended. Cooldowns will not be removed or reduced either.

Stop stacking cooldowns, as you said you are on a tier 3 now.

After 4-6 good games you play one more.
You are the last player and your team says "Clutch or kick"...
You kill all except one left, people screaming "HE is PIT HE IS PIT" you go A Long and look pit... The enemy comes from Tspawn and kills you because you didn't expect him beeing behind you. You have A Plant, Pit, Tspawn and CT that you need to check. If you are a god or your name is "ScreaM" its easy, but beeing a normal casual player that just enjoys the game to kill the time... you are not a god, only a good player. You get killed and you give the win to the enemy team. You lost the game 16:14 and they vote for kicking you..

What are you doing now? (When that happens on end game you get kicked 100% because the game is finished and they think "Lol why not the game is over #kick")

PS: I don't try to lead, i follow my teams orders to not getting kicked while i was already banned once i just stfu, give callouts and drop everyone M4s and AKs.
Sometimes i'm #1 but mostly i am #1, cos i give my best, i know few flashes, one way smokes etc. I don't suck, i don't rage, i don't troll... all you need is 2 kids that hype everyone to kick someone or to be funny.

What you don't seem to also understand, is that there is penalty for vote kicking too much. And that also affects cooldowns.

Read the guide. It explains all this better than I personally can. You don't understand how the system works, apparently.

The reason for "why not" is that you get cooldowns for being the kicker too. You got one because you both kicked, and got kicked, plus any (accidental) friendly fires, and other bad behaviour all added up to certain level which triggered the cooldown.
