Not possible.

You may be able to refund the money if you haven't used any of it yet, however.

It it was by a credit/debit card, then you can refund it to the card and repurchase the wallet funds on the correct account.

If it was a Steam Wallet card, then you will have to purchase using that account and gift them to the other account.

The only 30 day restriction would be for the market and you still need to make a purchse for that count down to start. If you want market items, you will have to wait the 30 days after the purchase, then do the above.

One way I used to transfer money from one account to another was by selling something tagged with the money I have on the other account, for example if I have $30 than I would sell something cheap from my inventory like a trading card for $30 and than buy the trading card from the account with money on it and TADA! money transfered but it does take a cut from it.

Although in your case since you have a cooldown, this method might not work. Other than this, I don't think there is any way to transfer money. But you can buy games and gift them to your own account. Hope this helped ^_^

Your example is bad. commodities can never be bought for a high price like that. you'd have to sell something like a dota 2 item.

Aside from that, he even said the account with the money can't use the market.

Plus people that have sold low value game items for a lot higher than they're worth have gotten their accounts locked for suspected fraudulent activites before then had to go through a bit of trouble to get it cleared. (have seen this mentioned elsewhere about CS:GO items)

So selling a low value card or item for a lot of money isn't a good idea because it can get your account locked.

Have never seen nor heard of this issue, I used this method to transfer money to friends with money I already had in wallet multiple times/and reverse (and have bought games for people that way too back when region locks were first implemented @_@)

I saw it mentioned a few times on the Steam(and possibly CS:GO subreddits)

Basically a scammer asks someone to put an item on the market for a specific amount and very high value. They then buy the item, then Valve suspends the accounts because they believe that it's possibly being used for money laundering or some other fraud. There's more to it than that because if there wasn't more it'd only be profiting the person selling the item, but basically that's why the accounts can get suspended in that case because they think the accounts may be being used for that.

you have to wait for the cooldown to expire.

what is the message you get when you go to the market?
