Steam market ite on hold (after using mobile app)

So i wanted to sell an item on the steam market. It was put on hold so I installed the mobile authenticator app and set it all up. Now when I go to sell the item it says I need to approve it in the app, which i do. Even after jumping through all the hoops and approving it in the mobile app the item is still put on hold for 15 days. How do I stop this?

You wait. It's as simple as that. When you add a new authenticator it does not remove the holds right away. There is a cooldown period before all holds are removed just in case you're not the one who did it.

It has to be enabled for 15 days.

That's for trade holds. The OP enabled Steam guard just recently and is hence required to have it enabled for 15 days in order to remove the market restrictions.

Isn't he talking about trade holds? Or am i wrong? I mean i had to wait 7 days after i've installed the mobile authenticator on my phone.

But steam guard was activated before on email.
