Does this happen to everyone? No it does not. Run a virus scanner and a malware scanner to see if your computer 'has anything'. Other then that post your computer specs: CPU, Ram, GPU, and OS.
If you really are as clueless as you say you could take time to learn what to do, or you could simply take it into a Ye Olde Computer Shope to get someone to look at it for you. But I'd bet it's one of the following:
You have been watching too much porn and have gotten a virus/tojan/some other malware
You're running out of RAM and should install more
OS installation is old and should be wiped/reinstalled
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this post is scatter-brained.
Porn viruses could be a problem maybe but this is a brand new computer, and I haven't done anything risky with it yet, not a single porno flick. I wouldn't know about that ram thing, so you'll have to tell me with the specs I just gave you maybe. Same with the OS thing.
Sounds like a computer problem. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and open the task manager. See what kind of shiz is running in the background. If something is spiking and eating up resources randomly, that'd probably be the place to notice it.
Maybe get a program like CCleaner (or look up how to do it in Windows itself) and look at what is loading when you turn your PC on, at startup. Disable some of it. Unless it's a laptop, you really shouldn't need anything loading on startup unless you purposefully put it there... like a anti-virus.
(The only reason I exclude laptops is because they occasionally have hotkey/power usage software preinstalled that's kind of handy)
Video drivers. Possibly. Half of the time, even if you do the standard Windows update stuff, the video drivers are still initial versions out of the box.
Edit button. Top right hand corner of the post.
The edit button is especially handy.
Make a new thread in the game forum and describe what you mean with "glitchy". Also include your system specifications (Title bar menu on the client -> Help -> System information)
