At any rate sounds like you're being scammed and your account is compromised. Support tickets closed without response is a symptom that a scammer has access to your account and they're closing the tickets.
Secure your account. Steam support probably isn't going to tell you not to change your password. But a scammer would...
DO NOT TRADE
If you have access to the account
Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. If points were stolen, do a password RESET to cancel the awards/points before they are delivered
Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.
After you have secured the account, please edit your profile back to normal by hitting the EDIT PROFILE button if it was altered by the hijacker/scammer. Report any accounts involved if possible.
Steam support does not post messages on your profile, they don't give out warnings about pending bans, they dont give time to move stuff, they wont tell you to move stuff. Someone has enough access to the account to make changes to the profile. If you try to move any items, the trade will get cancelled and a new one created sending the items to the scammers accounts.
They do not change your name/avatar unless it violates the rules (advertising, inappropriate language, etc). Such a change would only reset it to the default settings (your steam ID for the name, the default ? avatar for the avatar). This would include an account alert that you have to click a box that says "I have read this"
all that stuff posted on your profile is NOT from steam support, that is the scammer putting it on your profile.
You gave away all your account details.
The account name, the password and the KEY to the door, the Steam Guard Mobile code giving them access to the account.
How? by either logging into a known scam site or sites, tailored malware on your PC, the vote for my team scam, you have a pending ban scam on Discord, free knife click the link etc.
How does Steam (a program) know it is not you when all the account details are correct? It doesn't, therefore any action taken on your account is seen as you doing said actions.
The alternative is not plausible:
1) Someone would have to "GUESS" your account name from "millions of possible combinations".
2) Next they would have to "GUESS" your password from "millions of possible combinations" and then match it to your account name with "millions of possible combinations".
3) And finally they would have to "GUESS" the Steam Guard Mobile code "which changes every 30 seconds" to match both your account name and password to then have access your account.
Yeah, 100% a scam. Stop trying to rationalize it, Steam support doesn't do any of the things you're describing. But scammers do, and it works, case in point, see you looking in a mirror.
Yea, that was not steam support. They never talk to you, just like microsoft will never call you. In fact if you want microsoft's help, you need to pay them money on their site to help you.
Follow post 2 and 3 ASAP. Your account is compromised.
They will still have control of your account if you do not do the whole list. Otherwise your just giving your account back to them again.
Try to be careful in the future. You dodged a bullet, make sure to learn something about scams and account security. It won't just benefit your Steam account, but all your accounts for decades so very well worth a little bit of energy.
Also yes do all the steps advised. No half measures.
