Steam bundle won't subtract price of owned game

I want to buy the DLC for Binding Of Isaac and i own rebirth already, but the bundle says i save 0 percent for a total of $35.97 which is a dollar more than if i bought all of the DLC separately. WHy is this?

If the bundle you're trying to buy has a question mark next to it, it should let you "complete the set" if you own one or more of the items in the bundle. If there is no question mark next to it, then the price shown is the set price regardless of whether you own something in it or not.

If it is not a "Complete your Set" tailored bundle, it is working as intended...
