Also, a bare butt on its own is not "sexually explicit". It is not considered part of genitalia like the boobs or crotch.

Now, if they showed his genitals during the sex scene, then it could be considered CP. But, the only thing we see is the female character's chest. Who we don't have a absolute age on.
