Cannot access secondary account

I have a secondary account which I set up for my family, but I have lost access to this. When I try to change account there is no secondary one showing up - however, there always used to be. I have the secondary account added as a friend to my main account, so I know it still exists.

I can try to add the details manually, but I have forgotten the exact account name, email, and password. I tried looking in Steam support, but as I am logged in on my main account I just end up at a dead end where it tells me I am successfully logged in.

A few months ago I let my guard down and my main account was phished, which I am hoping I caught in time to change all my details. I am wondering if my secondary account got caught up in this somehow.

I am at a complete loss at how to recover my secondary account. If anybody has any advice or can point me in the right direction I would be truly grateful. Thank you.

You might consider using a proper password manager to keep track of accounts, since you just learned how unreliable human memory is.

Thanks RPG Gamer Man. I haven't been able to get in yet. It's crazy because both this account and my secondary account have the same screen name. For all I know they share the same email address. To be honest I wasn't anticipating it becoming such a problem like this, so you're absolutely right, nullable.
